Regular Trade-O-Ree's?
The past two TOR's have been fairly successful, so I think we should have one on the 4th Sunday of each month. Does anyone have any input on this? If not, then I will send out an email soon to all the groups to announce it.

That sounds good to me. Just make sure that you advertise heavily on the major sources of info (Patch-L and the various yahoo groups) on the days leading up to each one so people remember that they are going on. As a side note on the TORs, is there some way that we can better organize the topics? One giant thread did not look all that great for the first one, and all of the small ones with no replies made it seem to me that people only looked at the top few topics and ignored the rest. Any thoughts on this?

I'm not very aware of the structure of other Online TOR's (seeing as Yahoo! makes it so that minors can't be in the chatroom...), so I don't know how they do it, but this is the only way I can think of doing it effectively...
